Single Point Diamond Dressers:
The single point diamond dresser is more versatile dressing tool, which is used for truing & dressing of grinding wheels. They are made of carefully selected raw Diamonds individually mounted in holders by means of special bonds. We offer 'A', 'AA','AAA' grades to choose from.
Blade Type Diamond Dressers:
In the blade type dressers, needle shaped diamonds are carefully selected and set according to an appropriate pattern. The tool is generally used for forming of grinding wheels & are best suited for dressing of Aluminum & Silicon Carbide grinding wheels.
Multi Point Diamond Dressers:
Our multi point diamond dressers consist of good crystal character sintered into a special wear resistant bond. The multi point diamond dresser is ideal for rough dressing of grinding wheels. The diamond can be fully utilized without resetting or re-sharpening. Due to several diamond points in contact with the wheel face, the unit pressure on each point is reduced, giving longer tool life.
Chisel Type (Profile) Diamond Dressers:
Only specially selected Natural Diamonds of the highest quality are suitable for the accurate profiling of grinding wheels. To maintain the radius form on these dressers, mostly triangular shaped diamonds are used. Profile diamonds are used for profiling & re-profiling of wheels with high accuracy on Matrix, Newall, reishauer chisel dressers are used on Diafarm, Akuform & similar machines.
